Ez96 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document sets out the terms governing the use of the ez96 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Effective: 1 January 2026. ez96 reserves the right to update these terms at any time with appropriate notice.

1 Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

By accessing or using the ez96 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the ez96 platform.

To use the ez96 platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
  • An individual who is legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
  • Not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where participation in online betting activities is prohibited;
  • Register only one account per individual — multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited.

Ez96 reserves the right to reject or terminate the account of any user found not to meet the eligibility requirements above.

2 Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities

When registering for an ez96 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials.

You agree that:

  • You must not share your login credentials with any other party;
  • You must notify ez96 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account;
  • All activity carried out under your account is your sole responsibility, unless it is proven to have resulted from a system failure on ez96's part;
  • You must not use the platform for any fraudulent, manipulative, or unlawful activity.

Ez96 uses data encryption and two-factor authentication (where enabled) to protect your account. However, password security remains solely the user's responsibility.

3 Payment Information, Transactions, and Financial Policies

All transactions on the ez96 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You agree that:

  • Funds deposited into your ez96 account are intended for use within the platform only and may not be transferred to any third party;
  • Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to identity verification;
  • Ez96 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits;
  • All bonuses and promotions are subject to separate rollover requirements as specified on the relevant promotions page;
  • Ez96 is not responsible for any delays or processing failures caused by third parties such as banks or eWallet providers.

Any attempt to commit financial fraud, including unauthorised chargebacks, will result in immediate account suspension or closure and appropriate legal action.

4 Limitation of Liability, Account Policies, and Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

Ez96 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. ez96's maximum total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Account Suspension and Closure

Ez96 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

  • Suspected fraud or attempted fraud;
  • Breach of these terms and conditions;
  • Suspicious or unusual activity that raises security concerns;
  • Requests from relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ez96 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of ez96 or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use any such content without prior written permission from ez96.

5 Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms, and Governing Law

Third-Party Links and Services

The ez96 platform may display links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers. ez96 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to These Terms

Ez96 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via an in-platform notice or registered email at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the ez96 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration or the relevant court jurisdiction.
